Original Paintings :
I work with a variety of media—often combining them—to create paintings that are best described as abstracted seascapes and landscapes. This section features available works for sale, along with an archive of earlier pieces. Some are also available as fine art prints—please see the Prints page for details. Encaustic Process :
Encaustic painting is an ancient technique using melted beeswax mixed with damar resin and pigments. The molten medium is applied in layers and fused with heat, using a blow torch or heat gun. It creates a rich, vibrant, textured artwork with a durable, glossy, tactile finish.
